Metallic buttons for Flash CS4

I have made metallic buttons in Flash CS4 using the various filters to add effects to buttons’ normal, rollover and clicked states. Here is how they look like:

  • This code works but when I switch from my parent website to the new hyperlinked website, it carries over the parent’s background music which I did not want. Because it clashes with the new music in the new website. How can I completely close out the parent website .

    Really nice tutorial. Buttons are looking awesome. I would try these on my new build site. I always prefer gleaming eye catching stuff. Most of the site and blog owner using mouse over nowadays…

    Mouse over are good option and I love these.Just move cursor on buttons and it shows further way to you,no need to click.Great informative post for all flash learners…

    it was awesome boss hope you would provide us with some more interesting buttons like glowing effect when roll over and so on………………………………….
